protecting the privacy of your information. This Privacy Statement describes
Exelsys’s information practices.

Personal
Information Collected
Exelsys offers a variety of services that are
collectively referred to as the “Service Platform.” The Service Platform stores
information from individuals employed by Companies who are registered to use
the Service (“Customers”). Customers collect and store and manage information
from individuals (employees) in the Service Platform.
When a Customers register to use the Service, Exelsys
requires the provision of the Customer information details and that of the
contact person, such as name, company name, address, phone number, and email
address (“Required Contact Information”).
Required Contact Information and Optional Information
are referred to collectively as “Data About Exelsys Customers.”
The Exelsys Service Platform is used by organisations
and are administered to you by your organization and your use of the Exelsys
Service Platform may be subject to your organisation's policies, if any. Therefore
since your organisation is administering your use of the Exelsys Service
Platform, please direct your privacy enquiries to your administrator. Exelsys
is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of our customers,
which may differ from those set forth in this privacy statement.
Personal Data collected through the Online
Service may be transferred, stored and processed in the United Kingdom or the
European Union in an encrypted format.
This includes any Personal Data you collect using the Service. By using this Online Service, you acknowledge
and agree to the transfer of User Data outside of your country within the
European Union. You also agree to comply
with all Applicable Laws during the collection of Personal Data and to inform
Users about:

the transfer of User Data to Exelsys who
is acting as a Data Processor
ii.
the storage and processing of data by
Exelsys acting as the data processor
In the course of providing the Service
to the Customer under this Agreement, Exelsys shall process User Data only for
the purposes of this Agreement.
Use of Information
Collected
Exelsys uses Data About Exelsys Customers to perform
the services requested. For example, if you fill out a “Contact Me” Web form
collecting personal information such as your name and email, the Company will
use the information provided to contact you about your interest in the Service.
Exelsys also uses Data About Exelsys Customers to
inform you of other products or services available from Exelsys and its
affiliates. Exelsys may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about
your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be
offered.
Exelsys does not sell, rent or lease its customer
lists or lists of employees whose records are maintained within the Service Platform
to third parties. Exelsys shall not share data with any other third parties.
All Exelsys employees and sub-contractors who may be involved in the delivery
of the Service, are prohibited from using your personal information except to
provide these services, and they are bound by confidentiality agreements.
Exelsys uses Web Site Navigational Information to
operate and improve the Company’s Web sites. The Company may also use Web Site
Navigational Information in combination with Data About Exelsys Customers to
provide personalized information about the Company.
Cookies and
Tracking Technologies
Technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags and
scripts are used by Exelsys
and our partners such as Google.
These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site,
tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information
about our user base as a whole.
We use cookies for storing user

ability to use some features or areas of our site may be limited.
Log file
As is true of most web sites, we gather certain

aggregate non-personally identifiable information. For example, Exelsys uses IP
addresses to monitor the regions from which Customers and Visitors navigate the
Company’s Web sites.
We do not link this automatically
collected data to other information we collect about you. We collect this
information in order to improve services we offer you, to improve our services
and site functionality.

We do not partner with third parties to display advertising on our site.
Sharing of Information
Collected
Exelsys does not share data about Exelsys Customers
with any other third parties. Exelsys reserves the right to disclose personal
information of the Company’s Customers if required by law or if the Company
reasonably believes that disclosure is necessary to protect the Company’s
rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, legal process
or to any other third party with your prior consent to do so.
Communications
Preferences
Exelsys offers Customers and their employees who are
registered to use the Service and who provide contact information a means to
choose how the Company uses the information provided. You may manage your
receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the
“unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of the Company’s marketing emails.
Additionally, you may send a request specifying your communications preferences
by clicking here. Customers
cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account with
Exelsys or the Service.
Customer Data
Exelsys Customers use the Service to host data and
information (“Customer Data”). Exelsys will not review, share, distribute, or
reference any such Customer Data except as provided in the Terms of Service
Agreement, or as may be required by law. Individual records of Customer
Data may be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem,
support issues, or suspected violation of the Terms of Service
Agreement, or as may be required by law. You are responsible for
maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Exelsys username and
password.
The Exelsys Service Platform is used to collect and manage information by Customers. Exelsys has
no direct relationship with the individual whose personal information is stored
in the Service Platform. Exelsys works with its Customers to help them
provide notice to their employees concerning, the purpose for which personal
information is collected.
The Exelsys Service Platform stores information on behalf of our Customers. If you are an employee of one of our customers
and would like no longer be contacted by our Customers that use our service,
please contact the Customer that you interact with directly. If you are a
Customer and would like to update your account please contact us here.
Security of
Personal Information
Exelsys secures your personal information from
unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Exelsys uses robust security measures to protect
Customer Data from unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and help ensure
the appropriate use of Customer Data. Exelsys encrypts sensitive data within
the application and then it gets double encrypted when in transit. When the Service is accessed Secure Socket
Layer (“SSL/TLS”) technology protects Customer Data using both server
authentication and data encryption. Data is also encrypted at the data base
level. These technologies help ensure that Customer Data is safe, secure, and
only available to the Customer to whom the information belongs and those to
whom the Customer has granted access to. Exelsys also implements an advanced
security method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and
the Company hosts its Web sites in a secure server environment that uses
firewalls and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from
outside intruders.
When you enter sensitive information on our platform (such as login
credentials), we doubly encrypt the transmission of that information internally
and also using secure socket layer technology (SSL/TLS).
We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal
information submitted to the Exelsys Service Platform, both during transmission
and once it is received at the data center. No method of transmission
over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure,
however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If

Access to Data
Controlled by our Customers
Exelsys Limited has no direct
relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An
individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or
delete inaccurate data should direct requests to Exelsys’s Customer (usually
your employer who is acting as the data controller).
Data Retention
We will retain your personal information
we process on behalf of our Customers for as long as needed to provide services
to our Clients. Exelsys will retain this personal information as
necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce
our agreements.
Changes to this
Privacy Statement
We may update this privacy statement to reflect changes to our
information practices. If we make any material changes we will notify you or
our Client by email (sent to the e-mail address specified in your account) or
by means of a notice on this Site prior to the change becoming effective. We
encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on
our privacy practices.
